I am so excited to share the cover of LAST NIGHT! It will be out 12/5--perfect timing, because it is a thriller set at the Ocean House during the holidays. The hotel is decorated in classic evergreens and tiny white lights, fires blazing in the fireplaces, making the crime seem all the darker and colder in juxtaposition. I feel as if every great hotel deserves a murder mystery set within its walls, so LAST NIGHT is my offering to the Ocean House.

I’m really honored that Last Day was chosen to be an Amazon First Read for January. That means that Amazon Prime members can download the e-book for free—and all other readers can buy it for $1.99. I loved writing this novel; it’s a bit different for me—a tale of domestic suspense, but with lots of familiar elements my readers will recognize. It takes place in Black Hall, on the Connecticut Shoreline (like so many of my books) and is about best friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, and the secrets under a family’s roof. I would love for you to read it and, if so moved, leave an unbiased review on Amazon or Goodreads. —Luanne
